Researching: HALDKY, KASTANEK, TEPLY, BEISCHER, JUNKER, TICHY, MUDEK, SYMITZEK, GROSSMEN
I am searching for information about Frantisek Hladky (1847-1934) and Franteska Teply (1845-1935). They came to America in the 1800's on the ship Kalert. Their passports were signed by Wilhelm Kaiser, ruler of Germany at the time. They came from Czechoslovakia, the state of Bohemia. They wound up in Morand, Minnisota. The month/date of birth, locale, parents names etc would be most helpful. Frantisek and Franteska had seven children: Frances, Frank, Eliza, Josephine, Annie, Joseph and Adolf. Any info would be most helpful. Searching for information about Joseph Kastanek who mattied Josephine Hladky 22 MAY 1888. I need dob, place, parents names etc. Joseph/Josephine settled in Morand, Staples, Motley area in Minnesota. They had six children: Emma (Jack Beischer), Jack (Christine Junker), Edward J. (Anna Tichy), Frank D. (Josephine Mudek), Hilda (Peter Symitzek) and Annie (Carl Grossmen).

Researching: POCHIBA, BUBAK
I am looking for any information that may help me locate my grandfather's family in Czechoslovakia. His name was Joseph Steven Pochiba. He said he came from Nova District. I cannot find any place like that on any map. He came to the United States in 1911 with some cousins. I do not know who they were. His parents were John and Sophie Bubak Pochiba. I am searching for information about the Ziefreund family, which originated from the Prague area of Bohemia. Joseph Ziefreund, b. around 1818 and his wife, Catherine Machi, b. around 1836 had three children: Mary, b. around 1861, Catherrine, b. 15 March 1865 and Joanna, b. around 1867. They immigrated to the United States around about 1868. I would also like to know if the name Pittelkow is from the Czech Republic. I have Chrirtoph Pittelkow, b. around 1712, in Prussia.

I am looking for any relatives of Josef Kopsa, who was born in Zamel, Zamberk County, Kr. Hradec. He came to the U.S.A. in April 1867, with his sons, Frank and Joseph and daughter Frantiska. His wife died on the journery over to the U.S.A. Young Joseph married Marie Hejda , who came to America from Moravia in 1881.Anyone who resides in Zamel or knows of the family, I would love to hear from them. Researching: HLAVATY
I'm searching information about my grand-grandfathers kin. He's name Ivan Hlavaty. He comes from Prague to Russia at beginnig of the century (may be end previous century). After he moved to Crimea (Ukraine), where lived util die. I'm not sure, but I think he has brother in Prague. In childhood I saw old photo witn men and women in own shop. Grandfather said: "It's grand-grandfathers brother with wife". Help me please find information.

Franz Housko married Marie Hausl around 1787. Their children were Marie Elisabeth, Mariana, and Petra, all born in Zahradky(Meergarten). Petra married Anne Marie Winkelbauer who was born in Cazova(Zasau) and the daughter of Anton Winkelbauer and Marie Holzinger. They had at least two children - Vojecha and Elisabeth, both born in Kresanov no. 5. Vojtecha Houska married Magdalena Heisel and had a son, Jan, born June 13, 1857. Jan married Mary Skeril who was born in Holkovice 12 November 12, 1859. Any information on the above people would be greatly appreciated.

Researching Tomas Stupka who married Katherine Vilper. Both were from Stribrne Hory. Their son, Vacvlav, married Marie Jilka who died 19 April 1930. Vaclav and Marie had the following children. Vaclav b. 1 February 1877, Jan b. 8 May 1879, Frantiska b. 18 January 1881, Karolina b. 10 November 1883, Josefa b. 28 February 1886, Bernard b. 21 May 1890, Josef b. 18 January 1892, and Antonin b. 10 January 1894. Jan emigrated to the United States and settled in Chicago. I would appreciate any information about the above people.
