From out of the Temple area in Central Texas comes the Praha Brothers, a band comprised of mostly younger musicians interested in keeping the Polka movement hopping. |
The members have been playing Polka music together for several years in other bands before forming the Praha Brothers. The band has played in area picnics, festivals, dancehalls, weddings, parties and other occasions. The Praha Brothers play a variety of music, mostly Czech polkas and waltzes, but also country and western and even some Tejano. Songs on the CD include:
