Researching: KADAK, KADAKOVA, PODKRIVACKY
My grandmother was Veronica Kadakova, married to Tomas Podkrivacky. The
Kadak family is from the village of Velke Rovne. I do not know her parents
or any other ancester's names. I believe her father or her uncle was Andrei
Kadak. She had a brother Pavel Kadak, and her oldest son was Josef
Podkrivacky, both immigrating to the United States , Josef around 1901. (He
was my father.) The other children were: Louis, Anna, Milan, Franz, Ludmila,
and Stefania. All are deceased. Anyone from this area, or knowing anything
of this family, please contact me at anka2@bellsouth.net. You may write in
English, Russian, or German. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
